The hotel has a warm atmosphere that greets you right from the lobby. The staff are incredibly helpful and polite, and the dining experience at the Lebanese restaurant was a standout. However, I experienced some noise issues due to construction work outside, and the pillow in my room had an odd smell. Overall, it's a pleasant place but be prepared for some external disturbances.
